At our inaugural Breadwinners Dinner in Los Angeles, we created a dedicated space where remarkable women stepped away from the table to share what's really on their minds.

During these intimate confessional interviews, we explored what it means to be a Breadwinner beyond the paycheck - the trade-offs made, the systems being changed, the things we carry that we've never said out loud. These women know differently.
Confiding takes more courage than performing. Saying the true thing, in a real room, to people who are paying attention — that is the braver act. And something shifts when you do it. The armor comes off. The story becomes yours to own rather than hide. What begins as an act of trust becomes an act of power.

That is the thesis of this series. That is what every woman in it discovered when she stepped away from the table and started telling the truth.
